Do I need to create a member account?
No, you don’t need an account to shop. You can browse our website, add items to your cart, and place orders using guest checkout.
However, creating a member account gives you extra benefits:

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password:

Go to the login/sign-up page and click "Forgot Your Password".

Enter your registered email address and click "Reset Password".

You’ll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
How can I update my shipping or billing address?
Log in to your account, go to "My Account", and update your shipping or billing details. You can also change your password from this section.
How do I place an order online?
To shop at bismaakbar:

Select the item you wish to purchase.

Choose your required size/color and click "Add to Cart".

A pop-up will confirm the item has been added.

Click "Proceed to Checkout".

Enter your delivery details (with a valid phone number & email).

Choose your payment method and click "Place Order".
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with your order number and summary.
👉 If you don’t receive this email, your order may not have been placed successfully.
Why does an item in my cart now say “unavailable”?
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Products remain available for others until checkout is completed. If it goes out of stock, you’ll need to remove it from your cart.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel or edit items in your cart before checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified before dispatch.

What currency are prices in?
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST.
How long will delivery take?

Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days

International Orders: Up to 14 working days

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. Please provide the correct address and postal code.
If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to bismaakbar HQ, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
