We at bismaakbar only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defects

Wrong item delivered
-
Size errors
Conditions for return:

Product must be unused, in new condition
-
Must include original packaging, receipt, and pricing label

Sale items are not eligible for exchange
⚠️ Product colors may differ slightly due to photography or screen settings. Additional fabrics, patches, or embellishments used in shoots are only included if mentioned in the product description.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item costs more, the difference will be paid by the customer.

Defective or faulty items must be reported within 5 hours of receiving the parcel.
Refunds
bismaakbar does not generally offer refunds. Exceptions include:

Stock unavailability

Product received in defective condition

Processed to the original payment method

Takes up to 14 working days (bank processing may take up to two billing cycles)

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by bismaakbar if:

Stock is unavailable
-
Payment authorization is declined or fails

Pricing or technical errors occur
For prepaid orders, a fraud check is performed. If marked as “failed,” the order will be cancelled automatically.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will attempt 4 confirmation calls. If not verified, the order will be cancelled.
Faulty item claims must be raised within 5 hours of parcel delivery.
